Take Me Home is a premium ice cream brand founded by Chef Bank, a former contestant of MasterChef Thailand Season 1, who is highly skilled in culinary arts. Chef Bank has applied his expertise and creativity to develop ice cream in a unique and innovative way, guided by the philosophy that “ice cream represents happiness and fun,” capable of delivering an experience beyond expectations for consumers.

The Take Me Home brand was established during the COVID-19 pandemic, when lockdown measures significantly impacted Chef Bank’s restaurant business. During that quiet period, he turned his attention to the ice cream he had originally developed for in-store sales, which at the time could not be sold at all. This situation inspired him to create an online ice cream brand that aligned with changing consumer behaviors.

The name “Take Me Home” reflects the concept of delivering high-quality ice cream directly to customers’ homes. In its early stage, the brand focused primarily on online distribution, catering to consumers who were staying at home and seeking premium treats to enjoy during their leisure time.

The Take Me Home logo features three circles, representing a holistic approach to quality control throughout the entire supply chain:
  • First circle – Upstream (Farmers): Selecting and developing raw materials in collaboration with farmers to ensure quality from the source.
  • Second circle – Midstream (Production): Transforming high-quality ingredients into premium products through the chef’s expertise.
  • Third circle – Downstream (Consumers): Delivering premium-quality ice cream from the chef’s kitchen to customers’ homes under the concept “Take Me to Your Home.”
Beyond its concept, the brand places strong emphasis on sourcing premium ingredients, using only export-grade raw materials such as:
  • Monthong durian from Rayong
  • Nam Dok Mai Si Thong mango from Lamphun
  • Hom Thong bananas from Mae Taeng
  • Corn harvested at optimal ripeness for maximum sweetness
  • Fresh milk from Chai Prakan, Chiang Mai—one of Thailand’s key dairy regions
  • Madagascar vanilla for its distinctive aroma
This approach reflects the brand’s core philosophy:
“Great ingredients at the source lead to exceptional flavors at the end.”

In addition to classic flavors, the brand continuously develops innovative fusion flavors to create unique experiences for consumers. Examples include basil bacon ice cream and Khao Soi ice cream, alongside popular flavors such as fresh milk, toasted coconut, durian, vanilla, and calamansi.

Another distinctive concept of the brand is “1 + 1 = 3,” which encourages customers to combine two ice cream flavors to create a third unique taste experience. For example, pairing durian with toasted coconut creates a flavor reminiscent of sticky rice with durian, while combining vanilla with red wine introduces a new dimension of taste and enjoyment.
