Passione Sentimento is a distinguished wine collection by Pasqua Vigneti e Cantine, a historic winery founded in 1925 by the Pasqua family in Verona, Italy. Known as the city of love and the setting of Romeo & Juliet, Verona is also home to rich winemaking traditionsand Passione Sentimento is a tribute to both.

The Name Says It All

In Italian, Passione means passion, and Sentimento means emotion. This wine is more than a beverageits the expression of heart and soul through craftsmanship. Each bottle bears the image of Juliets wall on Via Cappello, a place where thousands leave love messages every year.

Crafted with the Appassimento Method

Passione Sentimento wines are made using Appassimento, a traditional winemaking technique where grapes are dried before fermentation. This concentrates sugar, aroma, and flavorcreating wines with bold, layered character.

The collection includes:

  • Rosso Made with Merlot, Corvina, and Croatina, partially dried and aged in large oak barrels. It offers notes of red berries and spice
  • Bianco 100% Garganega, with floral and fresh fruit aromas
  • Prosecco Rosé Millesimato A sparkling wine made with Glera and Pinot Noir, featuring apple, pear, and berry notes
  • Prosecco Treviso DOC Brut From Glera grapes grown in Treviso, its crisp and classic
