Mace Milk is a new Thai fresh cows milk brand that was launched in 2024 and became available in supermarkets in April 2025. Although its a new brand, Mace Milk is produced by Quality Dairy Co., Ltd., a company that brings together experts with over 40 years of experience in dairy farming from Saraburi province, a renowned region for dairy farming in Thailand.

The core of Mace Milk is to offer 100% pure fresh cows milk that perfectly preserves its freshness and natural flavor. With a creamy taste that is free from any "fishy" or "cow-like" odor and a naturally sweet, well-balanced flavor, Mace Milk stands out. It's specially designed to be an excellent complement to specialty coffee, enhancing the coffee's flavor and creating a smooth, harmonious taste in every sip. Despite this focus, Mace Milk is also perfect for everyday consumption or for use in various baked goods and other dishes.

The Story Behind the Quality: Meticulous Care from Farm to Factory

The quality of Mace Milk begins at the source. The company receives 180 tons of raw milk daily directly from over 1,000 farmers in the Muak Lek district of Saraburi province. These farmers are regularly trained to ensure their production meets consistent standards.

This attention to detail starts with the cow's diet. The cows are fed a specialized diet designed by nutritionists for each stage of their life. Their main forage is Napier grass, a fresh grass with a high protein content that directly contributes to the high and balanced protein levels in the raw milk.

Upon arrival at the factory, the raw milk undergoes a detailed quality inspection before entering Mace Milk's unique pasteurization process, known as Low temp long time. This method uses a temperature of 80°C for a long enough duration to kill bacteria without scorching the milk, fully preserving its natural creamy and sweet flavor. Most importantly, pasteurization must be completed within 6 hours of milking to lock in the milk's freshness and maximize its vitamin content.

A Global Award That Guarantees Quality

Beyond its superb flavor, Mace Milk is also rich in nutrients. In addition to common minerals like calcium and phosphorus, the balanced protein and fat content resulting from the cow's specialized diet gives the milk a special texture. This makes it ideal for frothing for latte art and prevents it from curdling or separating when mixed with other liquids.

This exceptional quality has been recognized internationally. In January 2025, Mace Milk won a 2-star Superior Taste Award, a prestigious global award given to food and beverages that undergo a blind taste test by a panel of experts from the International Taste Institute in Brussels, Belgium.
